For me, it is a symbol of transformation, change and awakening. It is a vision of what I want to reflect in this world, recognizing that there are major shifts in our climate and consciousness that require fundamental shifts in our solutions. Through the interaction with the natural flows of nature, we can begin to reconnect our minds, bodies, and hearts after many years of separation. Gone are the days of homogenized, industrialized, artificial band-aids that do little more than push the problems further into an uncertain future, often causing more harm than not.

As Massachusetts and Earth face increasingly unpredictable weather patterns—characterized by periods of drought and intense rainfall—we must prioritize protecting our aquifers with natural construction materials and implement regenerative landscaping practices to capture, store, and redistribute water more efficiently, while regenerating the soil.

Blending ancient building techniques with modern design, I create spaces that are both beautiful and profoundly connected to the earth. My work is a celebration of the embodied experience—the way we feel, move, and live in the spaces we create. I believe that our built environment can nurture our bodies, minds, and spirits by mirroring the balance, harmony, and interconnectedness found in the natural world.
